      Pros

      I don't consider any pro is there in this company.

      Cons

      Basically, a company which don't have any process for themselves. hitting the jackpot and not knowing what to do with the money, is exactly the scenario of this company. They ridicule people's opinions and consider themselves very superior. I would never recommend anyone to the company. there is no career growth, doesn't matter if you have Master or anything.

      Pros

      Good environment in office, team setting, friendly, decent training. Promote from within, especially the entry level staff. Plenty of opportunities for newer apprentices.

      Cons

      Terrible salary for work put in, doesn't matter if you are the hardest working in the department you will receive as much pay as the laziest. Outsourcing work to office in India because they are too cheap to pay UK staff. Favouritism from management to internal staff, progression dependent on personal relationship and people willing to suck up to managers.
