      Fantastic company to work for development opportunities and growth was available to employees

      outsourcing didn't take off in the country so few clients but it was a very good idea that developed many people

      Entrepreneurial Young workforce Socially meaningful Management support is very strong, mentorship opportunities Kenya is an amazing country to work in

      None that I can think of but if you're looking to join a big company in a big post this is probably not the best place for you

      There was a strong sense of being in a team because of a flat organization structure. Everyone worked together to make the company great.

      Cons

      Workers would go for months without being paid.
