      Horrible toxic company

      Pros

Nothing! Awful treatment from managers and awful company

      Cons

Practice what you preach, you say you’re ‘diverse’ and its a lie, most people are white, especially seniors. Toxic work culture, you can get away with doing the bare minimum and still get promoted if you suck up to the seniors. Senior managers are bullies. They are toxic and a lot of people get fired secretly with no one knowing why and when. There is no formal training put in place and no support. Don’t come here if you’re a graduate seeking to learn, they will not teach you anything.

      Cons

Disgusting company, no diversity here, 95% is white. No formal management. Bullying is conducted here. No work life balance, typical boomers want you to work long hours. Disgusting gossip and pettyness from seniors

Decent pay and hours but bad practices

Apr 30, 2021 - Finance in London, England
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good work-life balance, decent pay- if you are liked

      Cons

Corporate feel, its rather toxic environment as you are judged less on the work you do more on how to play your cards with the boss, some people who do little can go far. Promote diversity, hire diverse people who leave after short time because they are not being supported. Many people across the company get fired and no one knows why and when.
