Too happy to stick with current procedures and tools as "it's just the way we do it". Some modernisation would help! Few chances for promotion Few chances for gaining qualifications

Pros

Finally getting back to being the great company that it was 5 years ago. New management have taken time to speak with employees, review the processes and products and put together a strategy on a global level. Staff communication is good. Great incentives for every employee to work together and make a difference.

Still some people in the company who need to get with the program
