Pros
- I always judge a company by their product, or whether or not I would use it myself. And Keyless are making a very handy tool that I'd love to use myself. In a nutshell, it's when you can authenticate your logins to various services with just your face. Kinda like FaceID but not only for Apple products. - One of the founders that is still with the company has a degree in applied cryptography, which tells you something. - For new developers it's a good opportunity to learn web technology, crypto and authentication. - Overall, a very friendly team, easy to work with. - A lot of vacation time & a sponsored trip to Rome.
Cons
- The pay is somewhat lower if you're coming from the US or UK, but it's more than average for Italy. - They like to have a lot of unnecessary Zoom meetings, which are quite distracting. - It would be nice if the company wasn't shifting focus from one thing to another and didn't abandon old projects.
