      Pros

      They offer home owners many customization options and are incredibly organized to track them through the entire design process. Previous companies I've worked at tried to do this and failed miserably. Flex time and home based options are offered for positions that do not need to be office based. Great IT support, even when home based. The friendliest company I have ever worked at, starting with Jeff Rutt. I was genuinely surprised at how friendly everyone is, really! Its a different kind of culture here

      They are growing faster then expected and are ramping up to handle the increase in volume so a little bit of growing pains.

      The people who work here are great.

      Cons

      They don’t want you speaking at all in the office. You seem to get scolded if you’re talking and trying to work as a team. Seems to be their main focus right now and it makes the office feel like you’re in grade school.

      Sales people and sales management are about as nice as can be

      Cons

      Everyone else will throw you under the bus. This is a company that talks about values and faith. Dig deep and they only thing they care about is getting the customers deposit. This is also a company that has ZERO diversity. If you are not a White Christian, do not work here. In addition, the owner trusts no one. This type of micro management is not to be believed.
