Pros
You are given independence and minimal oversight at work Hybrid, remote or in-office; up to me Good benefits, competitive salary and bonus People are friendly and helpful, positive attitude at work Work is interesting and can be challenging
Cons
Not much to report atm!

Thank you for your 5 star review! We try to empower all the teams by assuming we are all adults, hopefully that gives the freedom to get the best at everyone

Pros
Great People to work with Great salaries Great bonuses - 10-20% annual bonus plus 4.5k wellness fund to spend on hobbies. Working on cutting edge tech Fully flexible working Workload is steady but honestly never over the top Engineers are treated like adults and never micromanaged

Pros
Salary was good Technology interesting A lot to learn and develop
Cons
1) As a company they don't seem to know what they want, or if the directors know please tell everyone else!! 2) Lack of communication between teams 3) High staff turn over 4) A lot of work place bullying, degrading people between teams. 5) Don't speak or include the customer facing, fire fighting teams in major changes, upgrades or pretty much anything!! 6) Top Heavy, more staff in Higher grades 5, 6 and 7 than on grades 2, 3 and 4 who are doing the work? 7) Directors never want to make a decision on business needs for customers and seem to float around and not take interest to what is going on, on the ground. 8) Read the advice to management below
