      Pros

      I was very good at my job and enjoyed my line of work very much. Up until 2013 it was a fantastic company to work.

      Cons

      The introduction of Route. I wasn't based in England and felt management never took the time to properly get to know me or see that I was an asset to the company but instead thought Route would be a better choice than someone with years of experience and local knowledge.

      Pros

      Employee owned business which creates a great culture. The business is well established with a great workforce and approachable management team. Everyone is treated equally and fairly from internal employees, candidates, contingent workers and clients alike.

      Other staff were lovely which made it better

      Cons

      Stressful environment, very backwards thinking do salary (pay very low), long hours, need to be jack of all trades and lots of pressure. The turn round of staff is insane
