      Pros

      The pay is very good. There are no other pros.

      Cons

      A firm full of sexist, racist partners who consistently under resource transactions at the junior level and go home at six does not lend itself well to a pleasant or fair working environment.

      Pros

      The pay is up there with the best firms and the quality of work is exceptional. Generally good people working there.

      Cons

      A work culture which expects you to be in the office all hours leads to a serious lack of work life balance. Anyone working outside Atlanta is basically just a number.

      Toxic people especially in higher ranks seem to be given a lot of slaps on the wrist. This can cause the work environment to be tense at times.
