I worked at King & Spalding

    Pros

The pay is very good. There are no other pros.

    Cons

A firm full of sexist, racist partners who consistently under resource transactions at the junior level and go home at six does not lend itself well to a pleasant or fair working environment.

I worked at King & Spalding full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pay is up there with the best firms and the quality of work is exceptional. Generally good people working there.

    Cons

A work culture which expects you to be in the office all hours leads to a serious lack of work life balance. Anyone working outside Atlanta is basically just a number.

I worked at King & Spalding full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I really enjoyed my time at K&S because of the culture and industry knowledge that my team members brought to the table. My team members were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful because they have been at the firm for so many years. They really spent a lot of time helping me grow professionally and were always available when I had questions.

    Cons

I can't think of any cons. I only resigned from K&S because I had to move and care full time for a family member. I am hopeful that I will be able to work for K&S again one day in the future!

  10. "Incompetent Mnagement"

    1.0
    Former Employee - Worker

    I worked at King & Spalding full-time

    Pros

None. They thrive off of incompetence.

    Cons

Lazy personnel, No penalty for "privileged" workers who always late. Managers are literally mentally ill and with speech problems that made it impossible to understand them.
