    Pros

    Very well connected with other universities with a lot of collaborative research programs. Excellent research facilities, state of the art equipment and easy access to cutting edge experimental methodologies

    Cons

    Campuses quite far from each other, the salary is relatively low for the amount of work that needs to be put in

    It is a world wide recognised University with a Good international Ranking in Research Science, Educatio. Good environment in general and locate in several campus across London.

    Cons

    Campus are not well connected between themselves. Little information for new workers and you have to look for it in an inmense website. Allowance does not increase since 2008 and minimal internal promotion for Post-Docs

    Central location (strand). Relaxed and interesting environment. Wide possibility to travel and show up research

    Cons

    Low paid. Over and extra time is assumed as normal as a postdoc. IT service is poor.

    Nice environment, central London so can easily manoeuvre, flexible working hours.

    Cons

    Not much help after fixed term contracts are complete unless you rub shoulders with the right people

    Know bait more about when research contracts are due to end and advise staff accordingly about next moves.

    Good university, generous annual leave, reasonable salary, some facilities are quite modern and easily accessible; central London locations, ultimately it's a diverse employer so it depends on the department,

    Cons

    No career development opportunities, experiences differ from division to division (avoid division of transplant immunology it's incredibly elitist and post-doc unfriendly), family unfriendly
