I was transfered to kingdom on a tupe transfer . The structure was terrible and senior management was a joke . Leaving un trained people to complete shifs. The company uses third party company's to cover shifts when required to do so. training from kingdom is none. New starters will be on shift once uniform is delivered. All communication is over a text message. Officer's having no rotas and sent a text where they are the next day.

Its a job and they do pay on time, apart from that not very much to say that is a pro.

Pay is terrible, holiday pay is only 8hrs pay even though staff work 12 hr shifts. Have been know to ask guards to work 24hr shifts, as there is no cover. Control staff are rude and bully guards into working. Managers are arrogant and could not care less about the staff at all, area managers are rude, arrogant and have no people skills at all with regards to their own staff. HR department are bullies or at the other end ignore guards when they have queries. No Sick pay, no scheme for sick pay, training is a joke, no company scheme, left up to individuals on site to try and train new guards. The training they do have is a tax con, as all it means is that guards become apprentices, which means the company gets tax breaks. No pay reviews..
