Training was really good, learned a lot. My Regional Manager is fantastic, always ready to listen.

Cons

Shifts is always hard, standing in real. But do-able. Weekend working.

Pay is TERRIBLE! FT hours making 10-12 an hour, money isn’t worth it when you’re dealing with what we deal with and how dangerous it can be out there. Managers in the office aren’t understanding of personal issues. HQ sucks when it comes to verifying employment or getting in touch

I can't think of any pros, rather then the uniform we receive, it's alright.

They are not paying their staff properly, I only have a decent salary because tge company I worked for got taken over by Kingdom and I had my wages agreed long before. If you dare to report in sick, even if it's only once a year you get a random text message that "they need reliable staff and they hope that you understand that and avoid repeating it..". Well. Imagine that you are in the hospital with your child who is very ill, the last thing you need is a message like that, it is downright bullying. Also, due to the nature of the job and working hours, it's a zero hour contract. Good luck with getting a mortgage. I had problems with a reference for renting a random flat because of it....

Absolutely nothing I’m afraid except nice uniform perhaps. Hard to find the pros to be honest. Kingdom don’t have much going for them.

Cons

Where do I start? The senior management are so brutal. They do not care for the people on the front line. They don’t realise if you look after the people they will please the clients.

Pros

I have been working for Kingdom Security for the last three years and have had to call or email HR on many occasions regarding work issues. For the last two years or so, it has always been Tina Fessey who picks my calls or replies my emails and I can't believe how efficient she has always been. She will always provide the right answers and offer guidance and things have always been incredibly smooth dealing with her.

Cons

Some Kingdom sites that have lots of hard work don't have good rates. Which is unfair

Pros

I have been working for Kingdom Security for a few years. I have found that the management are contactable when needed. I am based on a site and get a good hourly rate and I also get a lunch break. I have had no problems with support from Kingdom when needed.

Cons

The hours can seem a bit long but that is the same with all security companies.
