      Pros

      A real “team” atmosphere, regular communication across all levels of the business, a willingness to improve on any and all levels at all times. Working at Kinsta is like nothing else I’ve experienced in this industry.

      Only that fewer positions aren’t available to bring people in!

      Pros

      The company really cares for its workers and does its best to be supportive. They listen to staff and encourage engagement in improving the company for its workers. Benefits & compensation are also good with annual pay reviews.

      Cons

      Like most places, sometimes things were a bit of a race to finish, but that varied between teams. This may no longer be the case, as the business has since changed shape.

      Pros

      Kinsta is very forward-thinking and supportive of both its team and its customers; working at Kinsta is an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Thus far I have found Kinsta to be unlike any other company within the web hosting industry, the level of consideration and professionalism shown towards staff while still maintaining a warm, welcoming, comfortable atmosphere and culture is to be commended.

      None, to date. Everything from application and interview to onboarding and training, and now working day to day, has been positive.
