There are no "pros" for this company.

Cons

Terrible management. They hire and fire at will. They give no reviews or recent, just fire people. In the six months I worked there they fired 20 people and there are only 35 full time employees in this company. The owner is psycho. It's a family run operation - everyone seems to be related. The culture and moral are horrible. The profanity at this company runs rampant. Do not work for this company!

We do not have a location in Kansas and we are very proud of our culture and morale as evidenced by our very low turnover. This review was meant for "Kansas Asphalt, Inc." (which also goes by KAI) located in Bucyrus, KS.
