      Superb Company

      Pros

An incredible company to work for, the support is excellent and there is a real focus on work life balance.

      Cons

The pay is good but could be better, as the overall treatment is very good there isn't much of a need for them to pay highly which I suppose is nice in a way.

A work place that is broken

      Pros

HQ and offices are based in central and good locations Good L&D training facilities based off site Known and respected brand name

      Cons

Senior team expect you always agree with them, tell them they're right, and feel they're above the rules. They expect everyone else to be perfect while they can meet lower standards. High staff turnover It is well known that certain teams are unhappy; nobody talks about it openly Unrealistic workloads and workaholic behavior that sacrifices a healthy work/life balance can be the norm in some teams

Posh boys club with poor management

      Pros

Decent work life balance and salary Fancy building in Baker Street

      Cons

Not the best management structure - too many layers between you and senior stakeholders so projects don't move very quick, in addition to a dysfunctional team. Poor company culture and a lot of favouritism when it comes to employees. Private healthcare benefits only come into actions after 2 years of service. Decision making on technical obstacles needs to be shared - far too many dependencies on single individuals who are control freaks. No process defined for initiatives - just loads of random ideas. They think operate as 'Agile/Scrum' but in reality it's the complete opposite. My advice to anyone looking to join them for a career in IT - Don't!

      Pros

Not many but work life balance was ok.

      Cons

If you get the wrong department head, you will never progress your own career as they are fully focused on themselves.

A good experience but little or no chance to progress for admin staff

      Pros

Well known brand, good work life balance

      Cons

Very little chance of moving internally or promotion, administration staff are not valued, all the emphasis is on progressing professional staff. Have a tendency to employ 'ornamental' staff!

      Hectic Work Schedule: Proj Management

      Jan 21, 2021 - Senior Project Engineer
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great Learning in terms of people management and client coordination Reputed clients adding value to your CV Oppurtunity to build network; clients and contractors

      Cons

No work-life balance at all: no fixed working hours 6-day work, 7th-day work unofficially, late-night work as well Weekend off becomes a dream as most of the works at client occupied sites happen in the weekend. Difficulty in taking leaves or availing compensation offers. Immediate managers expect you to work hard overtime as well. Over utilized resources due to growing wing and competitive offers given to client to win projects from other competitors, and also because of multiple projects happening simultaneously.
