Pros
1- Good as a starting company for fresh graduates 2- Career opportunity is insanely high at the beginning
Cons
1- No real benefits 2- Below average salary corresponding to the amount of work load expected 3- Learning diminishes rapidly the more you stay at the company 4- Management is very chaotic with no real process (or it is not clearly communicated to the rest of the employees) 5- Work/Life balance is non-existent (they demand / expect you to work overtime without ever considering repaying or giving you any benefits suited for that time)
