Pros
Pays well, autonomous work environment, casual attire, minimal pressure and supervision.
Cons
Management disconnected, HR wields power they shouldn’t have, communication via electronic avenues versus actually having a conversation. Out of touch with progressive workplace cultures, foster infighting amongst employees, and prefers to allow the silos to run in their own direction instead of course correcting and collaborating. Senior National managers are out of touch with the regions they manage. Sales division is a mess, allowing outside of territory reps to drop in and steal sales. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing until it’s entirely too late. Stay away, you’ll regret even beginning the process. Amateur hour.
