Pros
I've never worked in such a great environment, the team is friendly and welcoming. Everyone excels at what they do, good for learning and improving your skills for beginners. Event planning is stressful but working with a competent and fun team makes it worth it. Work hard, play hard mentality. Management is involved and appreciates employees, offers nice perks. Company is growing, there is room for advancement.
Cons
Smaller company doesn't have the same benefits as a large corporation.
