I worked at Kuoni Group full-time

    Pros

It's the people who made the company.... Lots of changes.

    Cons

Bad leadership style and do not take into account feedback from staff

    Advice to Management

Listen to the staff more and understand the frustrations within the b2b segment. Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing

I have been working at Kuoni Group full-time

    Pros

    Discounted holidays
    Free tea and coffee
    New office
    Regular themed free lunches

    Cons

Since the company moved to a new office without enough parking spaces a number of the newer employees are forced to find alternative parking. An employee's car got keyed when parked on a residential road - the move has caused upset for both the local residents and the employees.
It feels like there is a general lack of direction and organisation. There are a lot of employees who have been at head office for decades and it seems the company is scared to try new ideas.
The company is stuck in the past with regards to flexible working. It seems like anyone lower than senior management are frowned upon if they want to work from home and you have to ask the department director rather than your line manager for permission if you wish to work flexible hours e.g. 8:30-4:30 instead of 9-5.
The company isn't open with perks that senior management receive. Surely it would be best to be honest and it would encourage staff to want to progress as well?

    Advice to Management

Be open and honest with employees and review flexible working for all employees.
