    It's the people who made the company.... Lots of changes.

    Bad leadership style and do not take into account feedback from staff

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the staff more and understand the frustrations within the b2b segment. Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing

      Pros

      Opportunity to travel once probabtion has passed and very good staff discounts set up. Systems are relatively quick and user friendly meaning you can put together proposals quickly with little error. The trainers are second to none and give the company a great name

      Very high turnover of unhappy staff in stores Outdated uniforms were woman are expected to wear pencil dresses and heels - a very uncomfortable stand for professionals to abide by. You only make commission once you have hit your monthly target and with the steady decline in people booking 9/10 you are only taking home your base sallery £22k london £18k elsewhere.       Pros

      One educational trip a year... took away pay rise and summer/christmas parties so that's it!

      Cons

      Kuoni have no direction where they are going - trying to please suppliers not staff Senior management do not care - some have never worked in sales so have no idea Targets way too high - colleagues stealing bookings Part timers do not get recognised Staff turnover awful Long hours and no appreciation No career progression You personally lose money if a customer isn't happy while on holiday - even bad weather!

      Appreciate your high selling sales performers! Get people in charge who have worked in sales and understand

      Since the company moved to a new office without enough parking spaces a number of the newer employees are forced to find alternative parking. An employee's car got keyed when parked on a residential road - the move has caused upset for both the local residents and the employees.
