Pros
If you are a self starter and disciplined, as a manager, you are given a lot to leeway to run your department the way that you see fit. Employees are given ownership of what they do. Profit sharing gives everyone a sense off being valuable to the company and having a stake in it's future.
Cons
Human Resources can't keep up with the work flow and it means that we are given small periods of time to select insurance and not much heads up it is changing. Overall there is a sense of chaos sometimes in management, with frequent changes to policies.
