    I worked at LEGO as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

    Fantastic working environment.
    Affordable canteen with good food.
    LEGO Bricks everywhere.
    Family oriented workplace with great focus on creating good products for children.

    Cons

    If you work at their HQ in Billund, the surroundings are not very interesting.
    Many stakeholders in any given project sometimes leads to lack of strong direction and frustration for middle management.

    Advice to Management

    Assign and trust strong project leads to get the job done.

    Startup atmosphere, friendly team, the big bosses eat with the intern, variety of interesting tasks, etc.

    Cons

    Makes huge profits but doesn't pay (it's interns) much, hard to evolve in the firm for the full time employees.

    Stay the same, keep innovating
