Very controversial

Pros

No over hours, not much stress

Cons

Didn’t receive my last salary payment when I decided to quit after my probation period. I decide to not continue cause they changed my job title and wanted to work as an architectural technician and not as computational designer like it was agreed. Also, this was told me one day before probation ends. Zero respect to the employees. Very long answers

Pros

Honestly, it’s difficult to find many positives about this company.

Cons

One of the biggest red flags is the delayed salary payments. Even after being terminated or trying to resign, getting paid is a constant struggle. It can take minimum 3 weeks or months, and even then, only after you’ve raised a formal case Sales commissions are never paid out, which leaves employees feeling demotivated and undervalued. • If you’re in a back-office position, be prepared for a career that feels stagnant. The company offers very few opportunities for professional growth. • The company has a pattern of terminating high level employees, including C suite executives, sales directors, and sales managers, without any clear structure or justification. • Many employees, including those in back-office roles, were terminated suddenly, sometimes within just two weeks of joining, and without any clear communication or proper procedure. • The company’s management has a poor track record of making abrupt and poorly explained decisions, creating an environment of uncertainty and insecurity for the staff. • There is no real career development or mentorship. It feels like a career risk to join, especially in positions that lack clear progression.

Pros

No pros except the friendly colleagues

Cons

They don't give a damn about you and your work. The upper management don't even respect you. They fire the employees without any reason, there is no work stability. The CEO is psycho! They don't respect the employees. The most toxic company i have ever worked with.
