Pros

You'll get to work with a well respected client, but at what cost..

Cons

Excessive hours that often extend past your 8-5 (8-5...ha!). Early mornings and late nights are the norm more than the exception. Want to take a vacation, plan some family time, or just take a day off? Good luck, and be prepared to gain approval from your manager, each project manager, and the client. There is no culture. Many people are obviously bitter, unhappy, and stuck in a rut. San Jose office space has potential. The SLO office is horrible though. They work in a box that has gray walls. There are no windows. This will never change due to the client mandate.

Pros

Work Life Balance, High Profile Client. There is absolutely nothing much positive to say about this agency

Cons

It is staffing agency. overqualified for the required work. Zero transparency low pay poor management Works gets repetitive and there is not much flexibility in terms of trying new things on assigned projects.

Pros

-Various types of projects for large, and sometimes interesting, clients -Those who perform the work are talented, driven and dedicated -Relaxed atmosphere

Cons

-Production sweat shop where thinking is frowned upon -Mean-spirited and selfish account people who are rewarded for unprofessional behavior -Most senior account people lie to clients, over promise, then force employees to make up for it. -Double standards across the board -A lack of knowledge, leadership, guidance and vision from the executives -Horrible resourcing process -Most projects go over budget due to mismanagement and a lack of expertise -Most of management contribute nothing to projects while hindering their progress -Executives who flaunt their vacation plans while employees are forced to work through their time off -After many years of service, long term employees are unfairly and rudely cast aside
