Basically everything. Salary and benefits were terrible. Management was even worse

Very disappointed with my experience with this company, they promise equal opportunity but there isn't any opportunity

Unfair hiring practices by management. Only hite friends for key positions, no equal opportunity to interview.

Cons

No work life balance Company culture does not exist No training All dock workers are hired through temp services. Poor quality. Pay well below average Extremely cheap. They will not run air anywhere except the one office. When it rains the building becomes a indoor pool.
