Pros
Virtually nothing positive, being paid a salary is the only benefit.
Cons
Toxic management, blame culture, disorganised, lack of team spirit, no vision. The company portrays itself as forward thinking, innovative and modern employer but once you arrive it’s obvious this doesn’t exist. Staff are fired routinely under the guise of leaving for “personal reasons”, when you translate internal documents from Chinese to English you realise there is a deep rooted blame culture where team leaders are encouraged to fire anyone for any reason, mostly the company problems are caused by the toxic culture and not individual staff.
