    I worked at LSE full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Bright students, supportive colleagues, nice offices for academic staff.

    Cons

    High teaching load for LSE Fellows, and had to teach new courses each year I was there.

    I have been working at LSE for more than a year

    Pros

    - Good people and reputation - Good work/life balance

    Cons

    - Not that much of a team atmosphere - Contract is only one year rolling contract but they say you can stay for 3 years.
