I have been working at LSE full-time

    Pros

LSE is a world class institution which offers highly sort after and respected qualifications within the word of business and finance.

    Cons

Like many elite universities, LSE suffers from poor student satisfaction, due to the heavy workload. It is also currently undergoing extensive building and refurbishment processes which mean that existing facilities (i.e. the library) are strained.

    Advice to Management

Activity invest more money into building or (preferably) purchasing more student study spaces or even a second library, as it can be hard to find places to work, especially durring exam season.

    I worked at LSE full-time

    Pros

    Great hourly pay for students

    Work was not overly demanding

Supervisors were friendly as were coworkers

    Cons

Little staff pool for my role so in many cases I had to jump in at short notice for coworkers or had no one to cover if I needed.
