I have been working at LSE part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The work is never boring and very flexible.

    Cons

Sometimes much work is not available. Not that much career development but expected from a casual role like this.

    Advice to Management

Expand widening participation operations as they are beneficial and provide employment. Also, some more career options would be nice.
