I have been working at LTI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work and personal life balance is good. Opportunities are there to learn. But it is not channelized properly. Good for mid layer employees and upper management.

    Cons

Salary, Benefits and compensation are not good. Skills are not taken into account when assigning a job role. So leads to dissatisfaction in junior employees.

    Advice to Management

Look and understand peoples skills and assign accordingly. Improve the benefit structure.

    Pros

Very good technical and middle management people.
Very good experience in SAP and application management services
Has very good pedigree of the parent organisation to tap into

    Cons

Senior management lack focus and direction.
No differentiation to offer, just the pedigree wouldn't suffice
Not much innovation or out of the box thinking
    Too much centrally managed

    Advice to Management

Get to know your customer and their requirements
Delegate and empower people on ground
Strategise to realise the potential of business to IT connect

I worked at LTI full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good Work Exposure
    Good Team work
    Good HR Team

    Cons

Few Horrible Management Staff over there

    Advice to Management

Honestly I feel, the creamy layer of the company will drastically reduce if the deserving Staff is not supported and motivated.

Employees should be rewarded on their performance and not on partiality.

Compensation should be increased especially when deputed for Long term Overseas.
