Senior management. The company is experiencing much growth so changes in management and structures etc are to be expected- what shouldn’t be acceptable is an unprofessional, incompetent and manipulative senior management team who act like school children rather than professional employees and are the main reason why turnover in the retail team is so high in the London office. If you are reading this because you are considering a job here ask about the level of turnover they have experienced and why so many job openings are available in the retail team in London lately. The senior management team is lead by young people who have little experience managing people, leading and growing a collaborative and happy team. They encourage politics and gossiping, never admit to failures or mistakes and turn on their team instead and when constructive feedback is provided, they don't use it to honestly better their leadership skills or help drive more efficiency and productivity for the sake of company success, it is used to make them aware of which areas they need to get better at covering their tracks on. I could go on and on but you get the picture.
