    Pros

People are fantastic and it creates a great atmosphere Good overall culture and company to work for

    Cons

Often promote internally but this leaves your pay well below the industry standard. Too many Epics taken on and lined up one after the other preventing any stability or innovation.

Depends if your team leader likes you.

    Pros

Yearly pay review/bonus Flexible working Good training Some good, pleasant staff in general

    Cons

Can be clicky. Being good at your job is secondary to sucking up to team leaders when it comes to promotion. Some team leaders/middle management encourage passive aggressive behaviour amongst team members, hence the review heading. It’s a shame as otherwise, a pretty good company to work for, but the ‘if you’re face fits’ mentality of SOME low level management lets them down.

Nice place to work depending on the team

    Pros

Company culture is positive, seems like they have good corporate social responsibility and try to take on employee feedback.

    Cons

There is a lot of bureaucracy, some of which is workplace politics, some of which is due to heavy restrictions and controls owing to being a financial company. Either way, some things take longer than expected.
