    Pros

The people are great, their work ethic is unparalleled and most have shared values to make the country a better place.

    Cons

Management are out of touch with the staff and spend all their time in meetings while the rest of the staff do the hard work. Over 100 recent job losses has led to the remaining staff being overworked and underpaid. Very poor on diversity. No transparency of salaries.
