I worked at Ladbrokes Coral full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Senior management often have good plans and ambition. Cental London shop staff a great, diverse bunch (mostly).

    Cons

The grand company plans get thwarted by middle management.
Every man or woman for themselves is considered the best operating madel by middle management. This is not stamped out by senior management

    Advice to Management

Fewer and less changing new ideas. Encourage diversity.
