This is my first role within recruitment so I wasn't sure what to expect. Training has been great and the support is always there! We also have great flexibility with our working hours!

This role offers great remuneration as well as flexible working hours, a fantastic working environment whether in the office or in the comfort of home, and great people to work with.

Pros
Excellent office atmosphere and a positive environment in the workplace. Good experience across the team to learn from. One of the directors has been in recruitment since before I was born and learning from his experience has been of great benefit. Breakfast provided Working from home one day a week helps with my commute.

Reasonable commute for me but offset by the working from home day
