I have been working at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg full-time

    Pros

    - benefits - low workload - work-life balance - great canteen - great place to work if you have absolutely no ambition

    Cons

    - poor leadership (top down) - local bank with no strategic vision - bonus is not based on performance indicators but rather personal preferences - high concentration of incompetence

    I worked at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg

    Pros

Nice Building, friendly atmosphere. the food in the cafeteria wasn't too bad. the circle of interns is fairly small but they do have some events.

    Cons

Stuttgart is a nice city, but not the best place for a bank (see Frankfurt). Not very exciting job. People who work there are bored themselves, but it seemed that it was just inconvenient for them to try and find a new job.

I worked at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The compensation is typical (well) for this sector. Colleagues are ok.

    Cons

The working culture is just horrible, bad leadership and no respect towards the employees. They created an atmosphere of fear and thrive on making you part of it.

I have been working at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - overall in most divisions very little work, not extremely demanding - not more than 45 hours average a week, most often about 39/40 - salary is ok for this amount of workload - very social - good reputation in the near environment (beside the fact it's a bank) - most colleagues are very nice - great cafeteria and canteen

    Cons

    - seems to be a little uncoordinated sometimes - you can't skip any steps in salary - you won't really develop and grow - business fields get increasingly fewer (no prop trading etc.) - some rivalry between several divisions
