"Give them nothing and take from them everything." Well the battle cry from King Leonidas from Sparta hundreds of years ago seems to be the driving force behind the new face of this company. Just a small twist in the story is that unlike The Greek story of valor and values, the reality in the story of LV is that there is no King "Leonidas" but an all powerful "Senate" which is doing its best to ensure the "citizens" (Read the employees of the company) make all the necessary sacrifices in terms of sweat, time, money, opportunities and aspirations just to ensure the senators reap in the rewards. While they await for the all powerful and the supreme leader Kings "Xerxes"(Read potential future investors) take note off the success and reward them accordingly. In short with no King Leonidas, The Senate is only interested in King's Xerxes( Read future investors) while the citizens ( Read the employees) are but mere pawns (Disposable) And simple words, all that is said in the below reviews are true, employees have nothing to look forward to, no growth prospects, anti employee policies, anti retention policies and lack of basic support to help an employee grow in his profession everywhere ( specially at onsite) Attrition of close to 40% speaks for itself. But given that the company only measures its success by its bottomline, their is no light at the end of a dark path. You will see your friends and other colleagues prosper, while you wonder "how did i get this so wrong, why am i still here"!!!
