- Leadership really encourages open feedback and ideas - Great people across the company with shared values - You give great, you receive great! Unfortunately, some people mistake this as an 'easy Muslim job' and expect to get away with the bare minimum and low standards - You feel valued and supported

Cons

- None that I can think of, people have different experiences but as long as you are doing your job to a high standard, you will really enjoy your time here
