      I find the executive team knowledgeable and friendly. they have brought on a number of visionaries and they are great to work with - no egos! Hiring from within - great opportunities! Work-life balance is definitely a component of this company.... many people work from home. Everyone works hard!

      You know, there are things to improve at every company - no company is perfect. I believe that Layered Tech has a handle on what needs to be improved and they are moving in that direction. All the negative comments...get on with your life.
