I have been working at Lead Forensics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Review is based on 6 months experience. I was inducted by Jade and the two weeks with her were great. I feel I was prepared well for the sales role. I’ve learned a lot more since starting sales but you cannot learn everything on a two week induction I suppose. Support from my manager has been good and I’ve had a lot of help from colleagues. It’s certainly not the easiest sales role I have done but the rewards are better...

    Cons

I was handling incoming calls in my last job so you just had to focus on making sure you did a good job when you answered the phone. At Lead Forensics I’ve had to generate my own opportunities initially until I get promoted. Makes sense the way they do it, but some people don’t put in the calls to get promoted. I’m about to get promoted after 6 months and I’ll now be sitting appointments booked by others which I’m excited...

    Advice to Management

It would be good to understand what people need to do in order to get promoted to manager roles as that is what I am interested in.

I have been working at Lead Forensics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I would highly recommend a career at Lead Forensics. I have been working at Lead Forensics for over 12 months now and it has been the most successful 12 months of my career so far. Everyday is different at Lead Forensics and the role can be challenging and take real determination and perseverance but the reward is high and those with the minerals to give their all will reap those. The CSM side of the department is a...

I have been working at Lead Forensics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Lead Forensics is a fast paced, dynamic environment to work in, full of smart professionals wanting to further themselves in their career for the benefit of both the business as well as for their own personal development. It truly is inspiring to be around people at every level who are passionate about the business and are excellent at what they do. I have both people who report into me, and I report into others...

    Cons

Lead Forensics, the culture and the environment is faced paced and metrics driven - it is therefore not for everyone. Those that want a slower pace, wish to plod along or those that have a negative mind set won't get on at Lead Forensics. There isn't room for those that bring others down. Indeed, those 'mood hoovers', those whose glass is perpetually half empty, or those who like to have a whinge about anything and...

    Advice to Management

There are plenty of very satisfied, career people working within the company. It isn't possible to please all people, all of the time. Keep the positive environment, and have faith in the model you have created. I for one, absolutely love it.

I worked at Lead Forensics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I found Lead Forensics to be a really enjoyable place to work, sadly I had to leave due to relocation. Ive worked at a few places, some good some bad, and I think Lead Forensics is doing a lot of things right so well done and thanks.

    Cons

Work is challanging and to a certain extent you have to do things the LF way to get on

    Advice to Management

Hire more people who want to get on and hit targets and earn money. The job is not well suited to people who just want to come in and get paid and go home. I saw a number of such people come and go in my time. Other than that well done and I know youll be really successful

I worked at Lead Forensics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Nice offices with a view of a lake. Get to walk around it in the summer to avoid being in the office

    Cons

Where do i begin? Sales taught to hardball customers into buying - buy or die mentality with no real care about whether the software is suitable for the client's needs. Customer Support Managers are all over worked with a huge portfolio of customers to retain and grow. They are massively under rewarded for this effort and as such attrition is high. New management is needed urgently.

I have been working at Lead Forensics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I get paid and the office is in a convenient location

    Cons

I love how there are so many fake four and five star reviews on here. New hires are made to write positive reviews on here when they finish probation and the marketing team also spend a lot of time writing fake reviews . The management even admit this in response to the other negative reviews on here! I'm sure the dishonest management will write a response to this claiming I don't work there as they do on all the honest...

Stop lying to your employees, making them work extra hours for free. Stop writing fake reviews on here , claiming all the honest ones are from non-employees and bullying staff you suspect of writing them. I look forward to their dishonest response below.

I have been working at Lead Forensics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Although my time at Lead Forensics has been short so far, the changes I’ve seen have been monumental. Striving to be the best, Lead Forensics doesn’t push you but supports you to be the same.
