Pros

most of the people are pretty competent and the product is OK. my boss was a good person and easy to talk to. pay was average and benefits ok.

Cons

the ceo is a jerk - pays no attention to employees and adds nothing to the operations or sales sides of the business. surrounds himself with "yes" men. Product sales are terrible - no real market opportunity.

Pros

Benefits weren't bad, great learning opportunity in a SaaS business, fellow employees were friendly and helpful.

Cons

It really depends on where you're placed within the company. No one (outside the sales team maybe) really hung out so no happy hour. It felt like as soon as you walked out the door you didn't know anyone. Also the company cared more about selling than it did retention, from my point of view. That could be a pro if it doesn't bother you.

Pros

Decent salary, good office location, building and parking are nice. Many of the co workers had strong backgrounds. The office is in San Diego

Cons

Poor office environment. CEO was arrogant and oppressive. Products overpriced and the market isn't good. Sales team was given the least amount of office perks.
