Pros
The benefits, no out of pocket expense from paycheck.
Cons
Employees are paid way under market standards. They are not properly compensated for the amount of work they put in. The company gives an impression that anyone is "disposable" and "replaceable". The company does not value their employees at all. Proper training is not provided. You are expected to wear several hats.

There are no pros to working here. Management does not care about the employees or the company. The only interest they have is themselves.
Cons
The company does not recognize hard working employees. Instead they value employees who are unable to perform basic job functions. While the hard working ones go unnoticed and under appreciated. Be prepared for a low salary that will not match the workload you will be expected to handle. As the company is understaffed most employees are doing the work of two-three employees while being compensated at a much lower rate than the average person in the industry.
