      Interesting & fun job, but awful culture

      Pros

      At this position, I was given somewhat free reign to accomplish my goals, without much micro-management. When I asked for a raise, it was given fairly quickly.

      Cons

      The culture at this company felt fairly dismal. The employees were seldom actually listened to, and clients were treated without the care and attention they expected. This led to both employee and client retention issues.

      CEO truly cares about his employees Good people across the company People are fairly compensated Employees rarely need to work more then 40 hours per week Culture of promoting from within Growing company with a lot of opportunity for high-performers and people with a team first attitude Management listens to employees and provides them with a voice and an opportunity to be heard

      Not all departments are held to the same level of expectation or accountability Company lacks a middle management structure which prevents senior management from being able to get out of the weeds of daily operations
