Pros
The Riyadh office is actually awesome. There are snacks in the offices, the co-workers are nice but it ends there.
Cons
Oh it's very hard to give a complete list of all the issues at the company and the level of toxicity but let me try: 1. They require you to be in the office 3 days a week but your contract is flexible working hours. A bit of a joke when it's enforce only for some people 2. The management level is so poor that you can't get any work done and they are mostly in your way. 3. The CTO and CPO needed to be demoted a long time ago they were mostly in the way of growing the business but even now I have no idea why they are around. At least one of them "decided" to leave. Read that how you like it. It creates a difficult environment to work in when they are still around and a feel they are a bit bitter about it 4. Women are hired only in Ops roles. We had only 1 woman in engineering!!! And we are a tech company. 5. The London office is a bit of a toxic bro culture which I can attribute to one the demoted CPO who runs it 6. They have no clear vision of what they want to achieve and change directions very often and can't stick with a way to build a real strategy 7. People who are made redundant are always to be blamed for issues and we never do any introspection on what we have done wrong 8. They asked us to write fake positive review but some are actually accurate. I thought that was pretty bad but it was because candidates were questioning the low number, you easily spot them. See that the negative part is always: "oh it's hard but I love it" or something else like that.
