Pros
• Unlimited PTO, never had an issue taking time off • Remote, 100% WFH - never received any grief about going to appointments or picking up kids from school • Everyone below leadership is trying their best, despite continuous obstacles • If you are from RealPage, you will probably be a favorite and be okay
Cons
• Instability; layoffs/RIFs • Lack of institutional knowledge due quick turnovers, RIFs, and new CEO bringing in favorites and replacing others • Lack of communication - seemed intentional at the end. Management was left out of the loop and could not properly communicate to their teams. • Majority of staff came from same previous employer, which led to lack of diversity in experiences and thought processes. • Culture unlike any I had experienced before. Since most of company came from same previous employer, it didn't seem like they were aware the culture would be deemed toxic in other industries. • Very little upward mobility, unless you are already an executive
