Pros
Good location? Some of the staffs are great people.
Cons
Avoid at all cost. Worst management/HR I've ever seen. Redundancy is an everyday thing(no matter how recently you've joined). Morale is low, many many just trying to jump out of the ship if they can. Four letter words just about everywhere, by everyone. Pay is not great compared to the industry standard. Thinking of working for Lebara? Think again. Thinking of leaving Lebara? Leave ASAP. There are far better companies out there, not one but tons and tons.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Lebara part-time for more than 3 years
Pros
The location is good: the City
Cons
--Unsocial shifts --Impossible to grow up in the company --It seems like a cult --They relocated to the most of its staff
Continue readingWe are pleased to have phased out shift patterns over the past two years, due to the social impact of these hours. We are proud to have distributed workforce and third party partners in many global locations. We will make sure to look in to your feedback on workload. Thank you so much for your review.

Pros
The offices in Moorgate are nice, although there are three floors and there is a vast difference amongst them. Location is good. Very cosmopolitan Have met some fantastic people
Cons
Where to start.... Very long hours with no much appreciation A real 'blame' culture Lack of cooperation within different departments Easier if you are of a specific 'background' High turnover of staff

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Lebara
Pros
There are some excellent people working at Lebara. The offices are nice and in a good location.
Cons
The excellent people mentioned above are generally under-appreciated by senior management. This is because senior management doesn't seem to understand many of the roles within the business. That might be ok if the business was structured so that teams we given realistic targets, sensible budgets and space to do what they do best without ridiculous interventions from senior management, but that is not the case. Several people have been recruited with no clear definition as to what they actually be doing, and the company doesn't get the best out of them. There are also several people who have been massively over-promoted, and act like they own the place. Worryingly, there is a culture where overbearing personalities, cliques, and sexist behaviour seem to be tolerated. There is a really bad atmosphere created by all of the above, which leads many employees to feel unhappy in their jobs, and there will no doubt be many more people leaving. The back office functions are not good. HR, IT, finance and others have no urgency, and do not seem to be there to help, but rather get away with doing as little as possible.

Pros
They pay well. They have a really nice office in a good location. Co-workers are friendly and London is great city
Cons
Managers demanded too much work but not possible. I did low quality work to keep up with time schedules this is not good as I want to be proud of my work. Managers were not organised and requirements changes too often. No appreciation

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Lebara full-time for less than a year
Pros
Semi flexible in shift swapping, good location, clean tidy modern office, Nice customer service colleges
Cons
Awful management except one who is nice. favoritism is widely used and people are employed only because they are in with management, to much internal hiring and only to the people that management like, No career progression. back to back call taking non stop, no incentives, Bullying tactics used, agents are fired unfairly and in a non legal way. I don't think the ceo realizes how his business is run.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Lebara full-time
Pros
Good location and office. Pay was inline or above market.
Cons
The senior leadership team during my time there was very poor. The decision making process was not effective, generally decisions were made slowly with self-interest at the center of it. Business acumen levels leave a lot to be desired and was very uninspiring. A very difficult environment to develop.
