The working environment is really nice. You get to interact with different cultures. There are always opportunities to progress.
Cons
There is a bad communication with the HR. Even thought the over time was logged on time and correctly, sometimes there would be a delay where you would have to contact HR which would take up to 2 months.

Laid back working environment, huge canteen, superb location in the heart of the City, flashy office building, themed Friday "parties".... No micromanagement and quite respectful HR policy
Cons
Salary could be higher I guess. The job can get too stressful at times. Little or no processes and operations improvement based on the agents' feedback.
