    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Lego Group (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great product, company truly cares about employees and customers, no need to develop an alternative corporate persona - you can bring yourself to work

    Cons

Some office locations less attractive to work from (US: rural Connecticut, UK: Slough), but also great locations like Singapore and central London

    Advice to Management

Keep the balanced focus on financial, people, customer and society targets

    Pros

    -friendly
-Good experience with kids, as well as a fast paced retail environment
-You get to build display sets
    - I work with good people, and my manager is great
    - provides a really good employee discount

    Cons

    - pay could be better, for the retail quality that is expected
    - communication with corporate is good, but could be better
    - people leave their kids in the store unattended, not a company thing (and they've implemented new policies) but is still a con of the job

    Advice to Management

communication is key, think about things that work in actual stores to make them more efficient

    Pros

Fun for the most part given how much chaos takes place in a given shift between kids and parents and prereens

    Cons

The challenges are trying not to have too much fun as it is a job after all.

    Advice to Management

They have heard plenty of advice over the years, the real question is, do they even pay attention?
