Good employee benefits like decent amount of annual leave and good pension package. Overall a good work environment and good team morale. Work is relatively easy and not too stressful.
Cons
Organisation could be improved especially for new starters in terms of having a better induction and being able to access online accounts easier. Communication from upper management could be better. More options for progression could be offered.
