I have been working at Leonard Cheshire full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

This organisation is focused at the Empowerment of disabled people. It is a large charity and is well set up with extensive policies and procedures to govern staff and protect people who use our service.

    Cons

This organisation is large and bureaucratic. It is slow to change. It is working in a challenging environment of social care where funding is cut and reduced.
