    - Worked in a lovely team - Working directly with service users was rewarding

    Cons

    - Poor senior management and vision - Constant change, very unsteady environment - Disconnect between care homes and London employees - Lack of integration of remote working staff - Severe lack of personal development despite large charity status - Very poor transparency, no open door policies - Bullying tactics from some senior management - Extremely poor sickness policy - Watched charity handle disabled staff issues very poorly
